Immune Strength Yoga- Self Massage

You may have noticed over the past few weeks how we've been incorporating touch into our yoga practice. This week, we'll be focusing on self-massage as a nourishing self-care technique. We'll explore what it feels like to both give and receive care simultaneously, observing how the body and mind respond to both gentle and firmer touch. Notice how contact brings warmth to the body and encourages the muscles to release tension. As always, our time together is an opportunity for self-inquiry, curiosity, and compassion—and self-massage is a wonderful way to embody these qualities.
